About us
We are a consultant firm and providing guidelines to private construction firm in formulation of Bill of quantities, rate analysis and cost estimation of public/ private projects. Currently I am working with a small team which may be increased to quite a number of people. My experience reveals that without carrying out the preliminary calculations of rates the project results into 1.5 times more expensive than its actual cost. It is primarily a comprehensive study of market viz a viz analysis that yields positive results.
